Meditation

The journey is inward.  We spend so much time in the drama, we do not know who we are.  We face outward asking for answers, and only hear what others want us to think.  The world is dysfunctional, often toxic, and people are biased in their own interests.  When we move inwards, we start to connect with the self, the subconscious, our guides, and we hear the kind truth that will help us understand.  Daily meditation helps us look inwards and connect with our subconscious.

Meditation is any activity where you go into the trance state and move out of the busy mind.

Advanced trance work can be journalling, or channelling, where you record your thoughts and are guided with insight from the subconscious and guides.  You can also receive messages during these trances.  Regular practice can strengthen the connection to the higher self, subconscious and your guides.

Energy healing

Energy healing can be many modalities, including Reiki, acupuncture, kinesiology, Chinese medicine, breathwork, sound therapy, healthy nutrition and exercise .  Grounding is one of the easiest and should be done daily.  Energy healing is a way of cleaning and maintaining your energy, releasing blockages and restoring flow.

Therapy - especially hypnotherapy

Therapy allows us to be guided to find the answers that help us understand, let go and heal.  Having a wise therapist is important and so if you don't resonate with a therapist, look for another.  I like hypnotherapy and Resource therapy because they go straight to the subconscious.  In the subconscious, the rational brain is put to the side where it doesn't filter the information, and you can resolve things a lot easier and quicker.  The subconscious has access to memories and guides that can show you the root cause of something, and help you to resolve it.  The imagination is powerful, and in the subconscious, we can connect energetically with others and heal those painful relationships.  What may take weeks, moths or even years in the conscious mind can be done in hours in the subconscious mind.  It goes right to the heart of the matter.

Words

Throughout the healing journey you will certain words are part of the training.  

Awakening - to the drama, the toxicity, the dysfunctional world, the conditioning, the false belief systems, the inauthentic identities.

Letting go - of everything that does not serve you or is toxic to you

Discernment - learning how to trust yourself and your intuition.  Taking back your power.

Surrender - to the universe, to your inner voice (the authentic one), to the flow of life. Letting go of the need to control

Freedom - knowing this is the most important thing and your birth right

Joy - it is in everything, all around you, if only you can open your eyes and find it.

Tools

Mirror - life is a mirror, people are mirrors, reflecting back what you need to work on. You use the mirror to examine the lessons and their meaning.

Triggers - this is an opportunity to explore and resolve a past trauma.

Identity - this is fluid, keep what you like, throw out what you don't and create what is missing.

Self-love - limiting beliefs are lessons.

Challenges - an opportunity to learn, to test what we have learned, to prove we are ready to move on to the next lesson.
