Service Description
In this hour we will usually only have time for one modality or issue. Hypnotherapy - First we do a brief induction which closes off the rational brain and allows access to the subconscious. You are fully aware at all times and can stop if you want. Then we do a deep relaxation, like a guided meditation that takes you into a deeper subconscious state where we can do the therapy. Depending on the needs, we will go into a therapy space in the subconscious for healing. It is totally, safe and protected at all times and you are fully aware of what is happening. Once completed, we do an energy cleanse, some affirmations and then you come back to the here and now and feel amazing. If nothing else, it brings peace and calm, but usually resolves many things that were troubling you. Resource Therapy - What are you ready to change? That is the critical question. Imagine you wanted to stop smoking, but every time you try a part of you doesn’t want to. Or you want to stop feeling sad, stop yelling at the kids, stop being anxious or angry. Whatever you want to change is possible if we can talk to the parts that are involved. Now, imagine you can get those parts in the same room and negotiate. Some may want to feel seen and heard, others may want to heal from past trauma, others are strong, caring and amazing and they really want to help. Some think they are doing the right thing, but they are not really the best part for that role and feel uncomfortable being there and that makes you anxious. Maybe you drink, gamble, comfort eat, smoke or have other annoying habits that are your go-to when you feel sad or anxious. First, we need to help the sad or anxious parts and then reassign the part that has been protecting you from those feelings. Of course, we will bring some amazing parts so everyone can feel loved and empowered. This is RT - working with all the parts that have been created through your experiences and bringing them into alignment. We can also map the parts just for the fun of it so you can get to know yourself better. One hour sessions are best as follow-up sessions after the initial consultation.
